Being involved in development work across a large ServiceNow instance of our customer, EVELOPERS architected and implemented a rich and powerful UI application for the ServiceNow platform – Communications Center.

AngularJS based front-end and JS-powered backend offer various departments of the company use their ITIL, asset, and license management records to send out smart notifications: internal group- and company-wide messages or external customer notifications.

Multiple safeguards and flexible access policy prevent unauthorized use of the tool and automatically define the range of possible recipients based on the user’s access level.

All of our customer’s support and operations departments can now use a single tool to communicate with the outer and inner world in just a few clicks!

After three-month months of hard work, eVelopers completed difficult stage of developing a platform for HR managers. Main feature of the new functionality is the aggregation of data from various IT systems, our application also does monitoring of vacancies and resumes on the labour market and performs resume parsing at a high level of accuracy. During the implementation, we implemented a new way of deploying using the kubernetes and docker.  This is allowed achieving a significant stability, high responsibility and fault tolerance of the system.
